The Lighthouse Personal Care Program offers much needed in-home care for those in Wood County, West Virginia who are in-need and are 60 or better. There is no need to live your golden years in a nursing home when there is a better alternative. The Lighthouse Program is available to help older residents to continue living at home while receiving the assistance they need to make this possible. We help you or your beloved parent or grandparent with the assistance they need and a wide variety of daily tasks.
It’s time to maintain your loved one’s independence with the care options they need. WCSC ensures that confidentiality, sensitivity to privacy, sincere respect, and professionalism are part of the inherent philosophy of our workers. Our professional caregivers are carefully selected with your loved one’s safety and integrity in mind. Complete personal care services are available with the Lighthouse Program including help with restroom use, incontinence care, bathing or showering, hygiene essentials, and grooming/hair care. Our staff members are also available to provide ambulation assistance, grocery and pharmacy shopping, laundry, and other essential household tasks.
